Rhododendron-blossoming at its best

Rhododendron Valley

The blossoming of the rhododendrons and azaleas is exceptionally beautiful in Mustila at the moment. Depending on the weather, the blossoming typically continues for 2-3 more weeks.

Abundant blooming of azaleas and rhododendrons in summer 2012

The multitude of buds in azaleas and rhododendrons could already be seen in the autumn, and this indicates ample blossoming in summer 2012. The profusion of flowers results from good weathers in the previous summer which will probably also enable the early bloomers to offer an extraordinary show. The azaleas begin to bloom at the end of May and the rhododendrons at the beginning of June, and each will last several weeks, depending on the weather.
